At Caspari, we take pride in the quality of our home and tabletop collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
